The 2025 Summer Cup - Car Giveaway

1. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

1. Be 18 (eighteen) years or older.
2. Be a resident of South Africa.
3. Have a verified TAB.co.za (for online players).
4. Have an FIC-validated account.
5. Have a South African bank account.

Exclusions:

1. All 4Racing staff members, their immediate families, and any TAB agents/agencies and their customers are not eligible to participate.
2. Telebet transactions are ineligible for this promotion.

2. How to Enter

For every R25 (Twenty Five Rand) spent on a single bet on TAB pool bets (placed online at TAB.co.za or at any TAB 4Racing retail stores), you will receive one Mystery Bet ticket.

1. Each Mystery Bet ticket serves as your automatic entry into the car giveaway.
2. Entries are calculated based on the total bet amount. The number of entries is determined by dividing the bet value by R25 (Twenty-Five Rand) and rounding down to the nearest whole number.

2.3 This promotion is valid for bets placed on Horse Racing, Sports pools and other products offered by TAB.

3. Mystery Bet Mechanics

1. Each Mystery Bet is a prediction of the exact official finishing order (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th place) of the 2025 Betway Summer Cup race.
2. The Summer Cup features a maximum field of 20 (twenty) horses.
3. Scratching Rule: If a horse is scratched from the final race field, any Mystery Bet ticket that includes that horse’s number in any of the 6 (six) positions becomes invalid and will not qualify for the Grand Prize.

4. Prize Claim & Winner Notification

1. The Grand Prize winner must be present at the Turffontein Racecourse on 29 November 2025 to claim the Jetour X70 Plus Deluxe.
2. To claim the prize, the winner(s) will be required to provide:
   • The winning Mystery Bet ticket; and
   • Valid proof of identity (South African ID Book/Card or Passport); and
   • Valid proof of residence (not older than 3 (three) months); and
   • Valid South African bank account details.

5. Winner Scenarios

1. Single Winner Present at Turffontein Racecourse on 29 November 2025: The eligible winner claims the Jetour X70 Plus Deluxe (Grand Prize).
2. Single Winner Absent: If the sole eligible winner is not present at Turffontein on 29 November 2025, they will forfeit the Grand Prize and will instead receive a consolation prize of R50,000 (Fifty Thousand Rand).
3. Multiple Winners:
   1. If there are multiple eligible winning tickets, the value of the Grand Prize (R484,900) will be split equally among all valid winning tickets.
   2. Only winners who are present at Turffontein Racecourse on 29 November 2025 will be awarded their share of the prize money. The share of any absent winner(s) will be forfeited.

6. General Terms and Conditions

1. Only Mystery Bet tickets that correctly predict the exact finishing order of the first six horses in the 2025 Betway Summer Cup race will qualify to win the Grand Prize or consolation prize/s.
2. Mystery Bet tickets linked to refunded, voided, partially refunded, or cancelled bets are invalid and will not qualify for any prize.
3. A full audit will be conducted before the prize/s is officially awarded.
4. If fraudulent activity is suspected, TAB and 4Racing reserve the right to:
   1. Suspend or remove a player from the promotion.
   2. Suspend the player's account.
   3. Suspend, modify, or terminate the promotion pending investigation.
5. TAB and 4Racing reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or terminate the promotion at their discretion without prior notice.
6. By participating in this promotion, all players agree to the full Terms and Conditions as displayed on TAB.co.za. Players betting in-store (branch) are subject to the same terms, which are available on promotional posters/flyers in-store or online.
7. This promotion is available for a limited time only, from 1 October 2025 until the start of the 2025 Betway Summer Cup race.
