1. Instant Credit/Debit Cards with VCS

Credit / Debit Card deposits are automated and uses VCS as the service provider. A Credit Card must be 3D activated at the bank. Customers may contact their Bank to activate their 3D security code.

2. Instant Credit/Debit Card with ‘Pay U’ 

Customers can make payment by using their Visa or MasterCard debit or credit card. Once payment is successful, the value will automatically be transferred into the customer’s Tab Account. NB: If a credit card is selected, customers are required to fill in the card number, cardholder’s name, expiry date (month and year) and finally select the pay button to confirm.

3. Instant EFT with SID

Secure Instant Deposit (SID) – Customers who bank with ABSA, Nedbank, Standard, Capitec & FNB can deposit funds directly into their betting account using their internet bank facility. 

4. Instant EFT with ‘Pay U’, powered by OZOW

Customers banking with ABSA, Nedbank, Standard Bank or First National Bank, can ensure their safety and security by creating 4Racing as a beneficiary or nominated account payee. 

NB! Customers must use their TAB4Racing account number as a reference.

Customers may visit a TAB branch and complete a deposit slip. Always check the slip for accuracy.

8. Bank ATM’s/Over the Counter

SA Customers are validated with their ID entered during registrations. SA Customers with invalid ID numbers or NON SA Customers registering with a passport are required to do a manual FICA.

Digital FICA verification requires a clear face image of the account holder. This is made possible on a desktop or phone with a camera. All customers requesting a withdrawal in excess of R5000 are required to digitally FICA.

Passports are accepted provided that the account holder has a South African Bank Account. A bank statement or bank confirmation letter, not older than 3 months, confirming bank details is required for your first withdrawal or when bank details change.

Withdrawals may be requested in the following ways:

Withdrawals are processed manually. Withdrawals received before 15h30 will be processed the same day. Payments are processed through FNB and may only reflect after 24 hours.

1. Visit a Branch or Agency 

Customers may complete a Withdrawal Form available from the Operator’s desk. The form must include the customer’s account number as well as their 3-letter code and the amount to be withdrawn. Customers who do not have a code may contact Customer Service on 0861 444 822 to request their account code.

2. Phone Customer Service

Customers can call Customer Service on 0861 444 822 or (011) 074 0500 & select Option 1 for Deposits & Withdrawals’ or send a mail to telebet@4racing.com and provide their account information and ID Number for verification purposes with the withdrawal amount required. 

NB! Please Note: Withdrawals can only be made on winnings, and NOT on deposits. A Bank Statement or a bank confirmation letter not older than 3 months is required for the first withdrawal, if documentation was not previously provided during the account opening process or when account details change.
